Order Processing time:
Once your order is placed, it'll ship within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri), sometimes late up to 7 business days due to out of stock. Handmade items may take 7–14 days to process, such as rhinestone-embroidered, custom-made, etc.
Please allow additional processing and delivery time for weekends and holidays. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
We cooperate with your local company like USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal mail, and destination country postal service to deliver your package.
We will arrange all shipments as soon as possible, thank you for your understanding.

Overseas territories and outlying islands of some countries:

If there are local events like hurricanes, elections, marches, strikes, bad weather, port congestion, or wrong phone number address, missed call, etc., delivery will be delayed or destroyed by post office.
TAXES DUTIES
Free Shipping/Economy shipping:
U.S.A.: Currently, you do not need to pay customs duties! However, whether in-state taxes are charged depends on your local policy. Updates may not be timely; please refer to your customs/postal bill for details.
Other countries/regions: Generally tax-free or with very low taxes. Specific taxes will be based on your country/region's invoice.
Some countries/regions require you to fill in your tax number when placing your order, such as Brazil and Mexico. This helps customs process your order faster and ensures you receive it sooner. Thank you for your understanding!
Express shipping: Customs duties are usually payable by the recipient.

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. We are not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
